SUMMARY
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, employees, policy-making bodies, third-party payers, patients, and the public.
  • Facilitate monthly business review meetings with physicians and develop action plans to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Manage various personnel functions including hiring, work assignments, orientation, ongoing training, standards of performance, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work in conjunction with office staff and the central billing office to monitor reimbursement.
  • Report to board of directors on practice issues that impact patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Direct and oversee the maintenance of the physical facility to ensure appropriate operations, appearance, and security.
  • In cooperation with the Physician Lead, assist in the development and oversight of standards compliance for the designated scope of the outpatient clinics of the Service Line within the parameters established by the Governance Committee.
  • Identify issues in service and coordinate action plans with the Service Line Physician leadership and the Director.
  • Maintain the Performance board to keep the team engaged in embracing quality and safety and to drive growth and innovation.
  • Monitor Press Ganey and most recently NRC to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and creating budgets.
  • Review Scorecards monthly
  • Monitor Gross Revenue
  • Implement Virtual Visits
  • Increase Patient Satisfaction Scores (Press Ganey).
  • Completed coaching plans and mid-year reviews for seven team members.
  • Manage various personnel functions including hiring and disciplinary action.

  • Submit payroll for team members and physicians.
  • Attend marketing lunches for referring physicians.
  • Submit and track physician meeting timecards.
  • Ensure compliance for Joint Commission and EOC Walkthroughs
